Monthly Service: This is a recurring monthly management service. Services begin after onboarding is completed and all required information is received.

Rep Capacity: Each management tier includes a recommended rep capacity to ensure quality oversight. Teams exceeding the recommended size may require a higher tier or a custom quote.

Communication: Shop owners are responsible for providing timely communication regarding launches, promotions, product releases, and business updates. Delays in communication may impact service delivery.

Owner Responsibilities: While I provide leadership, accountability, and management, all final business decisions remain with the shop owner. Shop owners are responsible for approving promotions, incentives, discounts, and rep selections.

Rep Participation: I cannot guarantee the participation, performance, or sales generated by individual brand reps. My role is to provide structure, accountability, coaching, and management to help your team perform at its highest potential.

Turnaround & Availability: Regular management tasks are completed throughout the month based on the services included in your selected tier. Response times are typically within 1–2 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Additional Services: Requests outside the scope of your selected management tier (including additional graphics, recruitment campaigns, special event management, or expanded rep teams) may incur additional fees.

Payments: Monthly payment is due prior to the start of each service period. Services may be paused or discontinued if payment is not received.

Cancellations: Either party may cancel with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for services already rendered during the current month.

Confidentiality: All business information, rep data, sales information, and internal documents shared during our partnership will remain confidential.
