Why now? Why a blog?

Because there’s a shift happening. I've always been someone who revives—patients, people, groups, businesses. After 15+ years as an RN, I’ve swapped my stethoscope for social strategy, and I’m still in the business of bringing things back to life—especially online. BTW, I'm still a RN though! 😅

As we step into Quarter 3—the second half of the year—I’ve got one goal in mind: I want EVERYONE to win.

No gatekeeping.

No fluff.

Just vibrant support and content that moves with the rhythm of real life.

You won’t find overly polished, pre-scheduled perfection here. Nah, that’s not me. I’m organic. I’m offbeat. I show up when the inspiration hits—whether it’s a 10 PM design idea, a 6 AM pep talk, or a midday brainstorm in between teaching nurses.

That’s why I started The Digital Pulse at the end of November 2024—a space to help breathe life into stale social groups, support burnt-out creatives, and offer resources with soul. We’re not just checking for engagement—we’re checking for signs of purpose. ❤️‍🔥
